Aroma Training is a form of high intensity interval training (HIIT), designed as a strength and conditioning workout performed using functional movements. Our workouts are strutted around three basic components: Aerobic Exercise, Resistance Training, and Gymnastics Conditioning. Performed in a measurable exercise session, the mixture of these three fundamentals allow the movements to be adapted to fit everyone’s needs; whether it is to gain muscle, loose weight or live a healthier lifestyle, our program is made to adjust to the individual and allow you to monitor your progress.

AEROBIC EXERCISE
Cardiovascular movements ("Cardio") that increase your heart rate through exercise, such as Running, Rowing, Ski-erg, and Assault Bike, to build on stamina and breath work.

RESISTANCE TRAINING
Weightlifting movements using barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells, and weighted balls and bags, performed through resistance to muscular contraction to build strength and anaerobic endurance.

WORKOUTS DESIGNED WITH:
GYMNASTICS CONDITIONING
Body-weight movements performed through bar and ring exercises, squats, push-ups, and handstands, to build on mobility, core strength, and body control skills.

Our bright and open gymnasium offers a centered 7m rack and ample space to use all of our high-end equipment from Xenios, Concept 2, Blurr, Stamina, and Rogue, including wall-balls, benches, boxes, kettlebells, dumbbells, barbells, ab-mats, and many other fitness accessories for multi-faceted workouts.
A multitude of equipment from Concept 2 for all types of Aerobic Exercise: Air Runner, Assault Bike, Row Machines, Bike Erg, and Ski-Erg.
Our 7-meter Xenios Rack has a dedicated turfed area for sled exercises and is equipped with rings, rope-climbs, pull-up bars at a variety of heights, and barbell racks.
Designed for the possibility to move around freely during a variety of workouts and exercises, our gym has all the right tools to help you get in productive and fulfilling workouts in an environment that looks good so you can feel good.
